Rollforming and Fabrications

We supply a full range of pre-painted products including plastisols, white liner and polyurethanes. We are able to source from a number of suppliers including Corus and Arcelor. Our minimum order quantity is one sheet and we pride ourselves on being able to source the most unusual of colours.

We aim to provide an unbeatable level of service, with stock items delivered 24-48 hours nationwide.

Our line can decoil lengths up to 6 metres. Our multi strand blanking capability means that we can supply material in the lengths and widths that you require, eliminating scrap and the guillotining process.

Galvanised products are available in the gauge range from 0.7 to 3mm as standard items. Material is available in standard grade DX51D as well as structural grades (Z28 and Z39).

Heating and Ventilation (HEVAC)

We have a broad range of plastisol products in the gauge range from 0.5 to 1.5mm. Combined with our galvanised steel range this enables us to provide a ‘one stop shop' solution for our customers steel requirements.

Our newly installed line is able to hold a length tolerance of 1mm per metre to ensure that steel supplied consistently meets customers manufacturing requirements.

Portable Accommodation

Our stock range of pre-painted steel, galvanised and aluzinc products has recently been expanded to cover the needs of the Portable Accommodation market. The unique dual banks of rolls in our multi strand line ensure that customer flatness tolerances can be achieved.

Insulation and Pipe Lagging

We offer a broad range of aluzinc products suitable for insulation and pipe lagging in aggressive environments such as the petrochem industry. Aluzinc offers corrosion resistance greatly enhanced from galvanised steel in these aggressive environments, at a fraction of the cost of aluminium. As well as flat sheets, we are pleased to announce the recent development of a shallow profile which we can supply for these applications.

Coldstores

We are able to offer a range of products suitable for the coldstore and food preparation industry.

We offer several laminates suitable for prolonged, direct contact with food. Our standard foodsafe laminate is on a 0.5mm galvanised substrate but we can supply to your requirements. A stock of standard lengths are kept cut ready for immediate dispatch but we can cut to length or slit to width to meet your requirements, with most deliveries made 24-48 hours nationwide.

A foodsafe polyester is also available as a cost effective alternative to laminated products for internal cladding of your building, although this is not suitable for prolonged food contact.

A range of materials suitable for bonding are also available. Primed steel has traditionally been used for backing of panels, but we can also supply a variety of metallic products such as galvanised or aluzinc steel with an organic sealant that is suitable for bonding with no pretreatment required. We carry stocks of 0.5mm - 0.7mm as standard but other alternatives are available by request.
