Decoiling/Blanking
The company has invested in a state-of-the art blanking line from Grandini in Italy. It has been uniquely designed so as to process a wide range of steel products including colorcoat, galvanised and aluzinc, as well as aluminium.
We also offer the capabilities of our line for hire processing arrangements.
Key features of the line capability are:
- Gauge : 0.4 to 3.5mm
- Coil Width: 1500 mm max
- Maximum sheet length 6 metres
- 5 slitting blades
- Max coil weight 10mt
- Strippable film application
Slitting
We are able to offer slitting and recoiling services for all coated steel products.
These capabilities include:
- Gauge 0.3 to 10mm
- Slit widths from 10 to 2000mm
- Max coil weight 25mt
Guillotine and Narrow Blanking
Benbow Steels is able to manufacture blanks to tight tolerances for all steel products in range from 0.4 to 8mm.
