Capabilities
Benbow Steels has invested in two bespoke, state of the art blanking lines which have been specifically designed to process colorcoat, laminated steel and Aluzinc. As well as the ability to apply strippable film to our products, our lines have five slitting blades, two sets of levelling rolls and the ability to decoil. We produce at tolerances of up to half the European tolerance on the length of our sheets, meaning we hold +/- 1mm over 1m lengths, and produce at gauge thickness of between 0.4mm and 1.5mm: coil widths up to 1500mm: sheet lengths between 350mm and 6000mm.

We can meet your order requirements precisely as we offer an unrivalled pack splitting service. We hold a vast range of pre cut sheets so, whatever the size of your order, from 1 sheet and above, we can deliver it to you by tomorrow. If you’re in the West Midlands we can even deliver it to you today.
